Method of use
1. Press the front shrapnel to separate the shrapnel from the gear.
2. Push the back spring onto it and the claw will separate from the gear.
3. Pull out the steel wire rope.
4. Push the back spring down and the claws will press the gear.
5. Shake the handle and the gear will roll up the steel wire rope to complete the tightening.
